Beautiful and brilliant hotel with a coffee bar, everything was good. I booked an impeccably clean and perfectly appointed room complete with the bedroom, very comfortable beds, for instance. Though some of the staff were tired, I had a very comfortable stay.

The room was immaculately clean with a well-functioning shower and a comfortable four-poster bed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the heart of the city. The staff were delightful and provided excellent service. The breakfast was of excellent quality and the dining room was lovely. a highly recommended hotel experience.

The Hazelwood in York is a tidy place with welcoming service and accommodating staff. The food was fabulous and the drinks were warm. Its location is fantastic, just a couple of blocks away from Bootham. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay with no reason to complain.
